Service Fees
All fees for bookkeeping, accounting support, payroll assistance, financial reporting, business consulting, and other professional services are outlined in your service agreement, proposal, or selected service package.
Refund Eligibility
Due to the professional nature of our services, payments made for completed work are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
A duplicate payment was made in error.
A billing error occurred on our part.
A refund has been approved in writing by Power Plus LLC.
Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Service Cancellations
Clients may request to cancel services by providing written notice. Cancellation requests apply only to future services and do not entitle the client to a refund for work that has already been completed or services already provided.
If work has begun before a cancellation request is received, clients are responsible for payment for all services performed up to the effective cancellation date.
Subscription or Recurring Services
For recurring monthly services, cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing cycle. Once a billing period has started, fees for that billing period are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us within 14 days of the payment date. We will promptly review your concern and work with you to resolve any verified billing errors.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
