Client Responsibilities

You agree to maintain original financial records and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Delays, incomplete documentation, or inaccurate information may impact project timelines and service quality.

Payment Terms

Service fees are outlined in your service agreement, proposal, or selected package. Payments must be made according to the agreed billing schedule. Late payments may result in service delays, suspension, or additional fees where permitted by law. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments made for services are non-refundable.

Confidentiality

Power Plus LLC values your privacy and is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your financial and business information. We implement appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to secure your data. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your authorization unless required by law or a valid legal process.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Clients remain solely responsible for their financial decisions, tax filings, and legal compliance.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice in accordance with the applicable service contract. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable. Completed work and financial records up to the termination date will be provided after all outstanding balances have been settled.
